On Friday the 16,000 person free "MTV Presents: Titanic Sounds" pop festival kicked off in Belfast, Northern Ireland and crowds were treated to performances by Pixie Lott, Katy B, Olly Murs, Sean Paul and Rizzle Kicks.Shining its global spotlight on Belfast, MTV filmed the concert which will be broadcast across 63 MTV channels and 153 territories around the world as part of its "World Stage" music series, it will also be broadcast on MTV UK's music channels from the 5th of May 2012.
EMA award-winning Pixie Lott, responsible for summer smash "All About Tonight" from triumphant second album, "Young Foolish Happy", appeared in Belfast fresh from Japan, before the show she said "I'm really excited to be going back to Belfast... you guys know how to have a good time! Woohoo!"
