Jessie J to shave her head for Charity

But is she worried about her trademark black bob hairstyle

23 year old singer Jessie J is planning on raising money by shaving all her hair off on Live TV next year, and she has said that she plans to raise £1 million each year for five different charities by doing something "unexpected".

She told BBC Newsbeat that she's "ready for it" and said "who cares? My hair will grow back".

But is she worried about her trademark black bob hairstyle being cut off! Nope, Jessie said "my bob has become too much of a thing and I want to get rid of that. I want to just make money and think it is going to be an amazing way to do it"

Jessie who recently had her cast removed from her broken foot said that visiting terminally ill children in hospital has made her appreciate life more, and she purposely kept her visits secret as she didn't want to appear to be doing self-promotion, she said "It really frustrates me when artists go 'I'm going to Great Ormond Street' and they tell the paparazzi".

We wish Jessie J the best of luck and look forward to her announcing which charities she will support, although one of them is expected to be Great Ormond Street which is located in the Bloomsbury area of Central London and is a specialist hospital for Children.
