A source close to Harry said "He has lots of ideas and fancies doing something different for a while, especially his own film. That doesn't really fit in with ITV's plans for him so he is interested in doing a deal with Channel 4.
They have offered him big budgets and a lot of creative freedom to make what he wants, and that's what attracts him to the offer more than the pay cheque".
Although a deal with Channel 4 would be good for Harry, it may disappoint many fans who still enjoy the Saturday night "TV Burp" Show, which back in November 2010 pulled in almost 8 million viewers.
We wish Harry the very best with whatever he does and who knows, a Harry Hill movie could be hitting cinema screens in the future.
