British comedian Harry Hill is currently in talks with the British broadcasters Channel 4 regarding a possible feature-length film and sketch show staring the comedian, the deal is expected to be worth around £2 Million but it's yet unknown if Harry Hill will re-sign his "TV Burp" cintract with ITV in April when it expires, but it's known that Harry is keen to quit ITV, and the 47 year old reportedly turned down a £1 Million pay rise from ITV to make more "TV Burp" shows.A source close to Harry said "He has lots of ideas and fancies doing something different for a while, especially his own film. That doesn't really fit in with ITV's plans for him so he is interested in doing a deal with Channel 4.
They have offered him big budgets and a lot of creative freedom to make what he wants, and that's what attracts him to the offer more than the pay cheque".
Although a deal with Channel 4 would be good for Harry, it may disappoint many fans who still enjoy the Saturday night "TV Burp" Show, which back in November 2010 pulled in almost 8 million viewers.
We wish Harry the very best with whatever he does and who knows, a Harry Hill movie could be hitting cinema screens in the future.
