"I've had over 1,000 views on my Fit4Talent page"

Welcome to Fit4Talent Joe. I hope you don't mind if we interrogate you for a few minutes, we here at Fit4Talent like to know all about our members, well as much as you can know in 5 minutes LOL. You have many talents, all of them musical, Singer, Songwriter, Guitarist... but which of these is your greatest passion?

All of them and the ability to be able to play and write songs that people can relate to, all my songs are a diary LOL and its great that im getting such great feedback in such a short space of time that i've been playing gigs and tracks on the Internet that people and fans can listen to and download, im really pleased with the outcome.

So Joe we hear that you are about to release your second EP on iTunes, Congratulations by the way, how do you feel it compares to your first EP?

Its the same formula in terms of writing a song, but with these songs i've been working with different sounds and not having drums on some tracks, just bongo's and piano, Ive recorded a lot of new songs so im just in the process of picking which ones to release, all the songs can be played on an acoustic guitar which is good if people want to learn them and play them at party's LOL

Does it excite you to be featured on iTunes or are you shaking in your boots?

I'm very happy that my present EP "Time Waits For No One" is on iTunes and available to download, I think the Internet and Social Networking is an amazing tool that has helped me to connect myself to a lot of people around the world and given me a chance to project myself as an artist and for people to hear my music:) I've had over 1,000 views on my Fit4Talent page up to now :) Not bad for just over 2 weeks LOL

Not only have you been picked up by iTunes but are we right to say that you have been approached by USA's "3 Shots Publishing" with an opportunity to pen a song for last years American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert?

YES :) They heard my tracks on my ReverbNation page and emailed me and asked could I write a song for ADAM LAMBERT..? In all honesty I didn't even know who he was LOL it was only that someone told me that he was the runner up in last years American Idol, "3 Shots Publishing" sent me a YouTube link as I had no idea what or who he sounded like, so the song ive just finished is on its way to them, I hope they use it LOL
The song is perfect for him as its his kind of style :)

Mike Burrell of Indie Music News has likened your vocal skills to that of Paul McCartney, how do you feel about this? Is Paul McCartney someone you aspire to be like or did you have someone else in mind?

Yes and The Beatles :) my favourite Beatle was John Lennon but I really aspire to the Beatles as a whole, I listen to a lot of music and have some pretty strange tastes LOL I'm very happy that Mike Burrell gave me a great review, he's really into my music and he does a great job himself at promoting unsigned artists and I admire his work :)

It's been great quizzing you Joe we expect to hear great things from you in the future. As we finish up do you have any words of wisdom to offer to those wanting to follow in your footsteps?
